I am absolutely thrilled with my experience of buying an engagement ring from Diamonds Factory. After impulsively proposing to my girlfriend without a ring less than a week before she left to go away for a year I needed a ring quickly. I chose and purchased one of their "Ready to Ship" rings. Unfortunately the ring that I chose did not meet their quality requirements and I did not like the other rings available for my budget. Neela worked with me on the phone to be able to create the perfect ring in budget and with a truly wonderful 0.59 carat diamond. The ring is staggeringly beautiful and draws compliments from everyone who sees it. It was also shipped in time so that I could give it to her on Friday before she left on the weekend. I cannot recommend DF enough

This was the most important and expensive purchase of my life and I took a long time researching the pro’s and con’s of many companies. I also went to several shops in Hatton Garden before I bought the engagement ring from DF. Eva was a brilliant consultant and really helped me to decide what ring I wanted. Other places were very pushy and not as knowledgeable. The ring is AMAZING too! Post-sales:- Long story short, my fiancée and I were a bit of a ‘pain in the bottom’, as far as customers go, and Neela in customer care was so helpful. A great value and top quality ring from a company that really knows how to look after their customers. I don’t write reviews for products but I had to set up a trust pilot account for this purchase.
