We really were diamond virgins but are now experts with Ava's help. Fantastic service & patience for a couple of very demanding customers. My ring is just beautiful and I can't stop gazing at it throughout the day. It's 'fire' is just fantastic and the quality is just what I wanted. We also asked for diamonds with GIA Certification. Always wanted a ring like this so I feel very fortunate indeed for my husband to buy this for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were worried about using an online company for an expensive purchase like this but visiting the London showroom allayed our fears. Ordered diamond earrings, given august 31st delivery date received phone call confirming delivery. Really pleased with quality of earrings as they were a anniversary present. also paid extra for egl cert. will definitely be using diamond factory again
